How to Get Support
All technical support queries must be made by either emailing support@hostabilities.com or by using support request form below. Both options open a new ticket from our Support Helpdesk system. In case of emergency you can also use live support chat or call our support hotline and leave a voice mail.
Hours of Availability
Our support staff are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Response Times
We aim to respond to 100% of all technical support queries within 24 hours, although in many cases our response time is less than 30 minutes.
