Where is the hardware located?
Hostabilities.com only uses World Class Data Centers. Our main Network
Operations Center is location in the Equinix IBX located in Chicago
Illinois USA.
Does Hostabilities.com provide technical support?
Hostabilities.com provides Proactive Technical Support 24 hours a day
everyday of the year. Tech Support can be contacted via e-mail, ticket
system, Live Chat (IRC,ICQ) or toll free by phone.
Does Hostabilities.com have content restrictions?
Hostabilities.com.com hosts all legal content. We do of course reserve
the right to remove any content that is in violation of the laws and
regulations we must abide by. This includes copyright violations and
trademark infringement.
How many visitors can our account have?
Hostabilities.com does not restrict traffic to any customer. Your sites
can have as many visitors as the resources will allow on the account
you have. The exact numbers vary due to several factors such as the
size of the pages and the applications and scripts your site(s) are
using. We are always happy to work with our customers to assist them
in growing their business and we will do all we reasonably can to do
